Applications
It can be used on any cladding application from walls, roofs, accent touches and interior details. The most significant benefit is the ability to accommodate low sloped roofs.
How properly select the components to use ColorGard® system
SnoClip™
SnapClip™
SnoClip is for use on new installations. This aluminum component retards the migration of snow and ice beneath the ColorGard® systems. It has a special integrated rubber “foot” to prevent abrasion of the panel’s finish. SnoClip slides onto the back of the crossmember or rod and extends down to the flat of the roofing panel.
SnapClip is designed for retrofit projects. It can be retrofitted to existing ColorGard assemblies. Snap the appropriate SnapClip lock onto the ColorGard crossmember. Secure the SnapClip directly into the ColorGard crossmember by driving a screw through the pre-punched holes of the SnapClip and into the channel of the crossmember.
